HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP DENGAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PH

ABSTRAK

Puskesmas Wawonasa merupakan Puskesmas yang tergolong rendah dalam ber-PHBS rumah tangga yang ada Kota Manado. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat rumah tangga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Wawonasa.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2016 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Wawonasa Kota Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh rumah tanggga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wawonasa yang berjumlah 4946 rumah tangga. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 100 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuesioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan memiliki nilai p = 1.000 (Pvalue  ≥ 0,05). Masyarkat yang memiliki pengetahuan baik 54%, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap memiliki nilai p = 0,916 (Pvalue  > 0,05). Masyarakat yang memiliki sikap baik 54% dan masyarakat yang memliki perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat baik 56%.  

                Kesimpulannya yaitu tidak terdapat hububngan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat rumah tangga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Wawonasa

ABSTRACT

Public Health Centre of Wawonasa is relatively a low health center in applying the attitude as well as behavior with the clean and healthy living in households in the working area in the public health centre of Wawonasa in Manado City. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude as well as behavior with the clean and healthy living in households in the working area of the public health center of Wawonasa in Manado City.

This research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional study design. This research was conducted in June-July 2016 in the working area of the public health center of Wawonasa in Manado City. The population in this study goes to all households in the working area in the public health center of Wawonasa in Manado City with the total number of 4946 households. There are 100 samples in this study. The Instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The analysis of the data in this study is a univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-square test.

The result shows that the knowledge has a value goes to p = 1.000 (P value ≥ 0.05). People who have a good knowledge goes to 54% and the result shows that attitude has the value goes to p 0.916 (P value> 0.05). People who have a good attitude go to 54% and people who have behavior with a clean and healthy living go to 56%.

The conclusion is that there is no relationship between knowledge and attitude as well as behavior with the clean and healthy living in households in the working area of the public health center of Wawonasa in Manado City.
