PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN SEKS TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN REMAJA PUTRI TENTANG PERNIKAHAN DINI USIA 13 – 18 TAHUN DI DESA AWIT KECAMATAN BEO UTARA KEPULAUAN TALAUD
Abstract
Risiko kesehatan yang harus dihadapi perempuan saat persalinan antara lain dapat terjadi Disproporsi Sefalo Pelvik yang akan berdampak pada ibu, yaitu: persalinan lebih lama, ketuban pecah dini, serta kepala tidak mau turun padahal ketuban sudah pecah maka bisa bisa terjadi tali pusat menumbung, sedangkan dampak yang terjadi pada bayi, yaitu : persalinan lama dapat meningkatkan kematian bayi, fraktur pada tulang kepala oleh tekanan yang hebat Tujuan Penelitian yaitu Diketahui Pengaruh Pendidikan Seks Terhadap Pengetahuan Remaja Putri tentang pernikahan dini Usia 13 – 18 Tahun Di Desa Awit Kecamatan Beo Utara Kepulauan Talaud.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian one grup, Pre test Proses Posttest, waktu pada Juni 2023 dan tempat penelitian di Desa Awit Kepulauan Talaud, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 15 responden . Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji statistik “Wilcoxon” dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% bila .
Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai P value = 0,003 sedangkan nilai α = 0,05 sehingga nilai P value = 0,005 < α = 0,05. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, maka ada ada Pengaruh Pendidikan Seks Terhadap Pengetahuan Remaja Putri tentang pernikahan dini Usia 13 – 18 Tahun Di Desa Awit Kecamatan Beo Utara Kepulauan Talaud.
Kesimpulan Dari hasil penelitian, Lebih banyak pengetahuan responden tentang pernikahan dini usia 13-18 tahun yang kurang sebelum pendidikan seks daripada pengetahuan responden yang baik di Desa Awit Kecamatan Beo Utara Kepulauan Talaud. Lebih banyak pengetahuan responden tentang pernikahan dini usia 13-18 tahun yang baik sesudah pendidikan seks daripada pengetahuan responden yang kurang di desa Awit Kecamatan Beo Utara Kepulauan Talaud. Saran dalam Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk informasi dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan menambah wawasan yang lebih luas khususnyamengenai akibat pernikahan dini.

ABSTRACT
Health risks that must be faced by women during childbirth include cephalopelvic disproportion which will have an impact on the mother, namely: longer labor, premature rupture of membranes, and the head does not want to come down even though the amniotic fluid has ruptured. that occur in infants, namely: prolonged labor can increase infant mortality, fractures of the skull by great pressure. The aim of the research is to know the effect of sex education on knowledge of young women about early marriage aged 13-18 years in Awit Village, North Beo District, Talaud Islands.
This research is a Quasi-experimental study using a one-group research design, Pre- test Posttest Process, time in June 2023 and research location in Awit Islands Talaud Village, sampling technique using the slovin formula totaling 15 respondents. The statistical test used is the "Wilcoxon" statistical test with a 95% degree of confidence if .
The results of the study obtained a P value = 0.003 while the value α =
0.05 so that the P value = 0.005 <α = 0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is an effect of sex education on young women's knowledge of early marriage aged 13-18 years in Awit Village, Beo Utara District, Talaud Islands.
Conclusion From the results of the study, there was more knowledge of respondents about early marriage aged 13-18 years who had less prior sex education than good knowledge of respondents in Awit Village, Beo Utara District, Talaud Islands. There is more knowledge of respondents about early marriage aged 13-18 years who are good after sex education than respondents who lack knowledge in Awit Village, Beo Utara District, Talaud Islands. Suggestions in this study are that this research can be used for information in the development of science and add broader insights, especially regarding the consequences of early marriage.
