Abstract

Hospital is a service industry that has a variety of complex labour issues with various risks of exposure to occupational diseases and accidents as a result of work Safety and health at work is an effort to provide guarantees of safety and improve the degree of health of workers by doing prevention of Occupational Accidents (CACs) and Occupancy Diseases (CADs) through efforts to control hazards at work, health promotion, treatment and rehabilitation. According to the Law No. 36 of 2009 on Health article 165 states that the management of the workplace is compulsory to do all forms of health efforts through efforts of prevention, improvement, treatment, and recovery for the workforce. The research aims to provide a comprehensive, safe, and healthy environment for the community of RSUD Kolonodale and to enhance knowledge, knowledge of the health and safety management system of SMK3 at RSUD Colonodele, as well as provide useful data for further research. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method approach. The hospital has implemented the policy of the health and safety management system of the hospital, the implementation of the safety and health work of hospitals here has been structured according to the plan and has been run according to existing SOPs but only a few plans have been executed in accordance with the rules that have been established.
