PENGARUH PENYULUHAN MEMANDIKAN BAYI TERHADAP CARAIBU NIFAS DALAM MEMANDIKAN BAYI DI KLINIK SOFIA DESA TOWUNTU BARAT KECAMATAN PASAN KABUPATEN MINAHASA TENGGARA

Abstract

Ibu nifas yang belum tahu cara memandikan bayi dikarenakan kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan yang didapat dari ibu nifas dan juga sikap ibu yang acuh tak acuh terhadap kesehatan diri dan bayinya akibat kelelahan setelah proses persalinan serta ketidakmampuan dan rasa tanggung jawab dalam merawat bayi. Oleh sebab itu penyuluhan harus diberikan kepada ibu nifas agar ibu tahu dan mampu merawat bayi dan dirinya sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Teranalisis Pengaruh Penyuluhan Memandikan Bayi Terhadap Cara Ibu Nifas Dalam Memandikan Bayi Di Klinik Sofia Desa Towuntu Barat Kecamatan Pasan Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian menggunakan metode pra-eksperiment dengan rancangan One-group pra-post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu nifas di Klinik Sofia. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji statistik t-test dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95 % (α) : 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired Sampel t-test diperoleh nilai p=0,000 untuk itu berarti nilai p=0,000 lebih kecil dari pada nilai α = 0,05. Maka Ho ditolak yang berarti ada Pengaruh Penyuluhan Memandikan Bayi di Klinik Sofia Desa Towuntu Barat Kecamatan Pasan Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan cara memandikan bayi pada ibu nifas di Klinik Sofia ternyata masih banyak ibu nifas yang belum tahu cara memandikan bayi yang baik dan benar. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan cara memandikan bayi sebagian besar ibu nifas sudah mampu dan paham dalam memandikan bayi yang baik dan benar. Dengan demikian terdapat Pengaruh Penyuluhan Memandikan Bayi Terhadap Cara Ibu Nifas Dalam Memandikan Bayi Di Klinik Sofia Desa Towuntu Barat Kecamatan Pasan Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara.

Postpartum mothers who do not know how to bathe babies due to lack of information and knowledge obtained from postpartum mothers and also the attitude of mothers who are indifferent to the health of themselves and their babies due to fatigue after the delivery process and the inability and sense of responsibility in caring for the baby. Therefore, counseling should be given to postpartum mothers so that mothers know and are able to take care of their babies and themselves. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of counseling on bathing the baby on the way postpartum mothers bathe their babies at the Sofia Clinic, Towuntu Barat Village, Pasan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The type of research used is a research using a pre-experimental method with a One-group pre-post test design. The population in this study were postpartum mothers at the Sofia Clinic. The data were analyzed using the t-test statistical test with a significance level of 95% (α): 0.05. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, the value of p = 0.000 means that the value of p = 0.000 is smaller than the value of = 0.05. So Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of Counseling on Bathing Babies at the Sofia Clinic, West Towuntu Village, Pasan District, Southeast Miinahasa Regency

The conclusion of this study is that before the counseling on how to bathe babies for postpartum mothers at the Sofia Clinic, it turns out that there are still many postpartum mothers who do not know how to bathe babies properly and correctly. After the counseling on how to bathe the baby, most of the postpartum mothers are able and understand in bathing the baby properly and correctly. Thus, there is an effect of counseling on bathing a baby on the way postpartum mothers bathe their babies at the Sofia Clinic, West Towuntu Village, Pasan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency.
