HUBUNGAN ANTARA LAMA MENJALANI HEMODIALISIS DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK DI RUANGAN MELATI RSUP PROF. DR. R. D. KANDOU MANADO

Kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan sering didefinisikan sebagai nilai yang diberikan untuk durasi kehidupan sebagaimana telah diubah oleh gangguan, status fungsional, persepsi dan kesempatan sosial yang dipengaruhi oleh penyakit, trauma, terapi atau kebijakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lama menjalani hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik di ruangan Melati RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pada penelitian ini yaitu peneliti menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang sedang menjalani hemodialisis, yaitu sebanyak 347 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 responden. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square dengan nilai α = 0,05. terdapat hubungan antara lama menjalani hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik di ruangan Melati RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado.

ABSTRACT

Health-related quality of life is often defined as the value assigned to duration of life as altered by impairment, functional status, social perceptions and opportunities influenced by disease, trauma, therapy or policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the length of time undergoing hemodialysis and the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients in the Melati room of Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado. The type of research used in this research is the researcher uses an analytic descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was the number of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis, namely 347 people. The sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi-square statistical test with a value of α = 0.05. there is a relationship between the length of time undergoing hemodialysis and the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients in the Melati room of Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado.
